Latitude Attitude Talk

On Saturday evening 9 November we were treated to an excellent talk by explorer and author James Ogilvie.

James gave a thoroughly enjoyable account, to a packed hall, of his trip to South Georgia and Antarctica on the Tall Ship Europa and the voyage from there to Cape Town in South Africa.

There was also a very interesting Q & A session at the end of the evening. Many thanks to James for his eloquent talk, to event organisers Leonie Griffin and Janice Kerrisk and to Paul Sizeland for acting as compere for the evening. James Ogilvie's book is available from Twinlaw Publishing
