Final Autumn Series Races

On Sunday 15th September we had our final two races in our dinghy Autumn Series.

A brisk and shifty south-westerly breeze gave the competitors some close racing. Ewan Christison sailing a Laser/ILCA7 wrapped up the series with two wins.

Narrowly beating commodore Lawrie Elliott sailing his Aero 5 was new member Jill Reid sailing a Laser Radial/ILCA6 with two second places. A special mention to Steven van Stiphout completing his first ever races in a Laser Radial/ILCA6.

The final positions for the series were: 1st - Ewan Christison, 2nd - Leonie Griffin & Janice Kerrisk in their Wanderer, and 3rd - Pavol Mraz in a Laser Radial/ILCA6.
