Boats Afloat!

CBC's Crane-in Day on Saturday 12th April was a great success. The weather was perfect (unlike last year) and all the boats were successfully launched.

A bit of manoeuvring with the workboats was required to get everyone onto their correct mooring, but there was plenty of time and tide, and some people even had time to get their masts up.

As usual, many thanks to the crane driver, our banksman Alastair Johnson, the workboat crews, the catering team and home bakers, and to everyone who helped on the day, particularly those who didn't have a boat to launch but just turned up to help.
